Directions

1. Mix 4 cups of water with 1 can diced tomatoes with drained green chiles. Add one cup canned chicken or 2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts and contents of the package in a large saucepan.
2. Cook the soup over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes. The ingredients should be thoroughly heated and soup has reached the desired consistency, while stirring occasionally.
3. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
