Bacon Ranch Chicken

2 lbs. chicken breasts

4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped

1 packet of Halladay's Harvest Ranch Seasoning

2 (10.75 oz.) cans of condensed cream chicken soup

2 cups sour cream
