Vegan pizza dough recipe
You only need to use three simple ingredients for this healthy, low carb pizza dough.
- 1 of cup water
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- Simply combine the ingredients in a large bowl or stand mixer and you are ready to make a thin crust pizza.
Be creative and add your own pizza sauce, vegan cheeses, tomato sauce, vegan pizza toppings and olive oil. Want to double in size? Purchase two bags of our mix and you are ready to feed your entire family.
Cooking directions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Empty the contents of the dry mix into a large bowl. Add the water, oil, and vinegar and stiff vigorously until all well combined.
- Form into two equal balls for two 8 inch crusts or one ball for a 16 inch crust. Place the dough ball on a sheet of of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin or knead the dough with your hands, shape into a pizza crust circle.
- Transfer the dough from the parchment paper to a pizza stone. Prick the dough in several places with a fork.
- Bake the pizza for 15 - 20 minutes or until the top is lightly browned. Remove from the oven and add your pizza toppings. Place back into the oven for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Wrap the leftovers in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
