• Evelyn's Elegant Edibles Classic Chicken Noodle Soup Mix: You asked for a traditional Chicken Noodle Soup and we listened. Just add water to make this classic soup.  Adding some chicken will make you think grandma is in the kitchen. Makes 2 quarts.

• Evelyn's Elegant Edibles Italian Wedding Soup Mix: 

  So easy, so delicious, just add water to make the soup and we even included a spice packet to make your own delicious meatballs. Bellisimo! Makes 3 quarts.

• Perfect Pumpkin Cake Mix: Sweet golden raisins, crunchy walnuts and assorted spices add the perfect texture and taste to our pumpkin cake mix. Just add pumpkin, eggs, and butter for a delicious dessert. Serve along-side some ice cream and wait for the compliments. Mix is 14oz.

• Beer Bottle Spoon Rest: Something old made new! Recycled beer bottles are melted and shaped into spoon rests. These aren’t the spoon rests of old - instead, each recycled bottle spoon rest is a unique work of art that is both decorative and useful.  Unique décor for any kitchen!  Handwashing is recommended. Approximate size is 9” x 3”

Evelyn's Elegant Edibles were inspired by holiday dinners at my grandmother's (yiayia) house. I come from a large Greek family and I have fond memories of the unique dishes prepared for the holidays. Because of the hours of preparation and the unique ingredients, we only had certain dishes, like Special Occasion Rice on these occasions. Our goal was to replicate her recipe with the same quality ingredients and great taste without all of the work so we can have these dishes at anytime.

We started by creating Yiayia's Special Occasion Rice for our family and they loved how simple it was to make – no more hours of laboring in the kitchen! Through word of mouth, our friends asked us for the easy to prepare mixes. We were inspired to develop our own line of rice and spice mixes, which are simple, unique and perfect for every occasion.
