Will coat up to 15 pieces of meat
Made from the finest ingredients:

Assorted Spices and salt
Allergy Alert: Packaged in a facility that handles nut products.
Can be made into a coating for meat with flour or breadcrumbs

Directions for use:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine Essential Spice Mix and 1/2 cup flour or breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl or dish. In another shallow bowl or dish, place 1/2 cup vegetable oil. wash chicken or pork thoroughly. Dip meat into seasoning mix. Next, dip into vegetable oil or place on baking sheet and spray with vegetable oil spray, instead. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until meat is done. Serve and Enjoy.

Evelyn's Elegant Edibles were inspired by holiday dinners at my grandmother's (yiayia) house. I come from a large Greek family, and I have fond memories of the unique dishes prepared for the holidays. Because of the hours of preparation and the unique ingredients, we only had certain dishes, like Yiayia's Special Occasion Rice on these occasions. Our goal was to replicate her recipe with the same quality ingredients and great taste without all of the work so we can have these dishes at anytime.
