This Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix makes the soft cinnamon sugar cookies you remember from your childhood. Cinnamon and sugar go together like peanut butter and chocolate, a match made in heaven! Our Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix makes it so easy to whip up a quick batch and even contains the cinnamon sugar to roll the dough balls in. Just add a few simple ingredients, bake, and enjoy with your family! 

Snickerdoodle Cookie Recipe

• 1 bag of Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
• 1 egg
• ¾ cup of softened butter

In a bowl, mix the egg and butter. Add the contents of the bag and mix thoroughly. Work into soft dough and chill for 1 hour. Form into 1″ dough balls, and toss balls in cinnamon sugar mixture. 

Place on a greased baking sheet about 2″ apart. Bake at 350°F for 11-12 minutes, or until light brown. Makes about 24 cookies.

Snickerdoodle Coffee Cake Recipe

• 1 bag of Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup of softened butter
• 1/2 cup of sour cream

Preheat oven to 325°F. In a bowl, mix eggs, butter, and sour cream. Combine the contents of the bag and mix thoroughly. The batter will be a thick consistency.

Spread one half dough mixture into a greased 9″x9″ pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on the dough. Scoop dough into a lightly greased 8x8-inch pan and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar topping. 

Bake for approximately 36-40 minutes. Gently remove from oven. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Makes about 8 to 10 servings.
