Our Spiced Peach Preservers are made from locally sourced, fresh peaches grown in the scenic mountains of Western North Carolina. Crafted in small batches, we ensure the delightful taste of sun ripened peaches is preserved in every jar. With larger peach chunks or even whole fruit combined with water, pectin, and sugar, and spices, our Spiced Peach Preserves make a delectable spread that sets it apart from regular jam.

What is the difference between Jelly and Jam?  Jam is made from mashed fruit, while Jelly is made from strained fruit juice. The third type is called preserves. Preserves will actually contain large pieces of fruit in each jar. Jellies will not contain any pieces of fruit. So, our Jams have chunky, smushed fruit with seeds while our Jellies are seedless and have a smooth texture. Therefore, our fine preserves are a chunky whole fruit or berry spread.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 for product categories that have the description "Free Shipping on orders over $50.00."

The $50.00 threshold does not include any items already included in free shipping, regardless of the amount spent. It includes orders delivered in the USA but excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
