Directions to make this comforting soup: 

• In a covered, 5–6-quart pot, bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil.
• Whisk in contents of Chicken Noodle Soup Mix and 2 Tablespoons of butter.
• Stir well and cover.
• Reduce heat to a simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently, until noodles are cooked. 
• Let stand 5 minutes.
• Stir, Serve, and Enjoy!
• Makes 8-10 One Cup Servings

Evelyn's Elegant Edibles were inspired by holiday dinners at my grandmother's (yiayia) house. I come from a large Greek family and I have fond memories of the unique dishes prepared for the holidays.
