Temple Massager - Mind Body Calming

After a 13-year Army career, Joe Meisch had an idea to solve his own Migraine headaches and TMD Jaw pain and clenching. He knew that self-massaging felt good but it requires engaging the shoulders and arms which causes more muscle engagement and that causes more muscle tension.

This led Joe to invent and patent the Temple Massager as a way to get a targeted massage on his Jaw and Temple muscles while relieving his shoulders and arms.

Joe had many military friends and colleagues that were deployed to combat areas after 911 so he donated over 5000 Temple Massagers to U.S. service members and veterans globally. The product was born out of military service and initially us as Combat Stress in Forward Operating Bases (FOB)

The Temple Massager is endorsed by the Stanford School of Medicine Mindfulness Stress Clinic and the founder Dr. Mark Abramson.

The Temple Massager is now the newest product to help Police, Fire, and 911 dispatchers deal with the stress of being a First Responder.

Doctors recommend keeping the facial muscles relaxed to prevent and relieve facial muscle tension that can lead to tension headaches and migraines caused by stress.

The Temple Massager was designed to relieve the user from holding up and engaging the neck, shoulders, arms, and hands, allowing you to get a personalized, pressure-adjusted, targeted massage with little effort. It provides natural, holistic relief for migraines and tension headaches.

Massaging the entire area of the side of the head is important to relieve muscle tension that can lead to tension headaches. We recommend the tri-point massage tip for this. Focusing the massage tips around the top of the ear and around the temple area is best, it is important to remember to let your mouth hang open. If you allow your jaw to hang open the facial muscles are not engaged and you will get more out of massaging a limp or not engaged muscle than keeping your mouth closed which engages the facial muscle. Breathing deep is critical as you massage.

With every use remember to be mindful, clear your mind, and only acknowledge the stimulation of massage and aromatherapy.
