 Instructions for Proper Use of the Temple Massager™

1. Find a comfortable seat away from distractions. Turn off your phone, or at least put it on vibrate. Better yet, put it on Do Not Disturb!

2. Includes two sets of reversible, detachable, massage tips for the Temple Massager™. When you first start using the Temple Massager™ try all the variations of tips. This is the best way to find the massage tips that feels best to you.

3. Adjust the desired pressure setting by twisting the black turnbuckle in the middle of the Temple Massager™ arms (above the aroma oil pad). Start with a little pressure and then manipulate the different settings to find your desired pressure. *"It is the ability to change the Temple Massager™ settings to suit your massage needs that makes this product so great." 4. Add Aromatherapy Essential Oil to the pad until the pad turns a darker shade from white (aromatherapy oil is optional but you may find it helpful). May use other types of oils to suit your needs (not included.)

5. Push the massage tips over your forehead to the temple and lower jaw areas (Do not go over or past your eyes as may cause harm to your eyes.)

6. Move the massager forward, back, up, down or in a slow, circular motion in the areas that feel best to you.

7. Try slowly moving the massager from your temples to your jaw line and back again.
