2. Includes two sets of reversible, detachable massage tips for the Temple Massager™. Select the massage tip that works best for you. When you first start using the Temple Massager™ try all the variations. This is the best way to find the massage tips that work best for you.

3. Adjust the desired pressure setting by twisting the black turnbuckle in the middle of the Temple Massager™ arms (above the aroma oil pad).
